RecipeĀ For 1 large slice of bread.
2-4 tbsp SUUR Love Craft Kraut Kimchi Style
1 large slice of sourdough bread or similar
1-2 tbsp plant based mayonnaise
1/2 avocado, seed removed 100 g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
Olive oil for frying
1-2 tsp soy sauce
Fresh herbs and/orĀ sprouts (cress, red radish sprouts)
1-2 teaspoons black sesame seedsĀ
Heat olive oil in a small pan and fry the mushrooms for about 3 minutes, add soy sauce and continue frying until the liquid has evaporated. Set the mushrooms aside.
Spread mayonnaise on the bread. Peel half of the avocado, cut into slices and spread on the bread, place the Kimchi Kraut and mushrooms on top.
Sprinkle with sprouts and sesame seeds. Bon appetite!Ā
