For a 1 person:
1 bagel of your choice
2 tablespoons SUUR Turmeric & Curry Love Craft KrautÂ
2 tablespoons (plant-based) cream cheese,
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 piece of grilled bell pepper from the jar, cut into strips
Salad cress or other salad
Halve the bagel. Spread both halves with cream cheese. Cover the lower half with grated carrots, strips of pepper and sauerkraut. Top with salad cress, close, done!
